Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, though my wait time was excessive, and the indoor areas were not well-maintained. The service was good overall, except for a hiccup with the restaurant manager. The location had its charms with a great ladies swimming pool and helpful staff, though some areas needed attention. The dining experience was hit or miss, not quite as expected. The facilities had their strengths and weaknesses.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a nice and cozy living room, and great room service, but unfortunately, they were not clean and fully equipped. The noise from outside was quite disturbing, with music from the restaurant and noises from neighboring villas and passing cars. The service, especially from the reception team member Jumana and the bar host, was top-notch, but I was charged more at check-out than what I was initially quoted at check-in. The location, despite being in the Jeddah area for over 7 years, was a disappointment with some cramped spaces and issues with birds causing cleanliness concerns. The dining experience was adequate, but not up to a 5-star standard. Overall, my experience had its positives and negatives.
The hotel offered gorgeous and comfortable rooms, but the check-in delay was quite frustrating. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff members being welcoming and helpful while others fell short. The location had its charms, such as a fantastic swimming pool for the ladies, but certain aspects like cleanliness needed improvement. The dining experience fell below the 5-star standard, even though the food was adequate. Overall, the facilities weren't fully equipped to meet guests' needs.
I was excited about my stay at the hotel due to its fantastic location right on the beach and its proximity to various eateries. The rooms, however, fell short as I could hear external noises like restaurant music and passing cars, and my villa wasn't clean or ready upon check-in. The absence of a hairdryer was disappointing.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness and bugs in the rooms, but the service was excellent overall. The location was a mix of positive and negative aspects, and the dining experience was average with some variety. The facilities offered were satisfactory.
Even though the room wasn't prepared upon check-in and was dirty, the hotel's food service was good and reasonably priced. The beds were comfy and gorgeous, perfect for sunbathing inside the villa.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, right by the sea, but the room needed upgrades and was quite noisy with sounds from outside. The service was mixed, with some helpful staff but discrepancies in pricing at check-in and check-out. The dining had a decent variety but lacked the taste expected from a 5-star standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not ready until 5 pm, but once I settled in, I found them fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a comfy living room, and excellent room service. The friendly service, especially from receptionists Bayan and Jumana, made me feel welcome. However, the location was a bit disappointing with stones and broken corals around and lacked upgrades. The dining options were adequate and delicious, but I expected more variety. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
Staying at the villa, I enjoyed the fully equipped rooms with a Nespresso machine and cozy living room, though the noise from outside was a bit distracting. The service was friendly and helpful overall, especially thanks to Bayan and Jumana at reception. The location, while not ideal being a bit far from the center, offered a relaxing stay near the sea, perfect for couples. The dining options were adequate and delicious, although not exactly like Riyadh. The facilities were decent, but there could be improvements needed, especially with cleanliness.
The rooms were not ready until 5 pm, but once I got to the bedroom, they were big, spacious, and welcoming. However, I must say that they are soooo dirty with dirty glass which was quite off-putting. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and nicely accommodating, providing room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance efficiently. In terms of the location, while it was all bonces and very good, there was a lot of stones and broken corals that need to be cleaned up to enhance the experience. The dining experience was supposed to be delivered to the room according to Booking with a massive variety, but unfortunately, it was not tasty and not at all like Riyadh one. The facilities need some improvement, especially in activities, specially for kids, but they were acceptable overall.
