The rooms were fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a nice and cozy living room, and great room service, but unfortunately, they were not clean and fully equipped. The noise from outside was quite disturbing, with music from the restaurant and noises from neighboring villas and passing cars. The service, especially from the reception team member Jumana and the bar host, was top-notch, but I was charged more at check-out than what I was initially quoted at check-in. The location, despite being in the Jeddah area for over 7 years, was a disappointment with some cramped spaces and issues with birds causing cleanliness concerns. The dining experience was adequate, but not up to a 5-star standard. Overall, my experience had its positives and negatives.

The rooms were not ready until 5 pm, but once I got to the bedroom, they were big, spacious, and welcoming. However, I must say that they are soooo dirty with dirty glass which was quite off-putting. In terms of the location, while it was all bonces and very good, there was a lot of stones and broken corals that need to be cleaned up to enhance the experience.
